Any steps taken from choosing a Product to order submission form part of the purchasing process.

The purchasing process includes these steps:

Refund Policy

Please submit all refund requests by sending an email to [email protected]. For group/cohort programs will refunds will not be issued once the program has started. For any on-demand courses, you have 14 calendar days to submit a refund request. Once we receive your request, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after review. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

No Warranties

There are no promises or warranties with regards to a customer's performance as a result of any course or service provided. Joyee Washington Consulting does not accept any responsibility for academic or professional performance.
